Unifying the Social Proof Ecosystem
WPSocialNinja had grown into a massive tool covering feeds, reviews, and chats. The existing site struggled to communicate this complexity clearly. We needed to transform the website from a simple feature list into an interactive hub that proves the plugin's value instantly.
Building Instant Trust
The primary goal was to use the product’s own power—social proof—to sell itself. We integrated live demos into the site structure so users could see the feeds and reviews in action before downloading.
Improving Information Architecture
With 30+ platforms supported, users were getting lost. We aimed to create precise navigation paths tailored to specific needs, whether a user wanted "Shoppable Instagram Feeds" or "Google Review Badges.
Redesigning for Interaction and Speed
I led the redesign with a "Demo-First" philosophy. Instead of telling users the plugin was "lightning fast," we built the site to be a living example of that speed and clean Vue 3-powered performance.
Visual Identity
I modernized the brand palette—using a vibrant gradient (#FF56A1 to #735BD9)—and implemented a native Dark Mode toggle, reflecting the plugin's own new UI/UX 4.0 standards.
Action-Oriented Funnels
We faced the challenge of "feature overload." I solved this by creating organized demo sections and a step-by-step setup wizard visualization that mirrored the improved user onboarding I designed for the plugin itself.
